Package: libxine1-xvdr Version: 1.0.4+cvs20091004.1123-1 Severity: normal Hi
After upgrading libxine1-xvdr to 1.0.4+cvs20091004.1123-1, accessing a budget card with VDR through several different frontends (vdr-sxfe, kaffeine and using udp or tcp) results in the A/V stream freezing for ~2 seconds in irregular intervalls (somewhere between 30 seconds and 2 minutes) on a pretty idle system and with xv capable graphics drivers (radeon/ r300 and intel). This is a new regression in 1.0.4+cvs20091004.1123-1 and 1.0.4-1 was not affected. Looking at the upstream CVS, r1286 of xine_input_vdr.c[1] stands out and using a fresh (20091013.2051) CVS checkout indeed reliably fixes the problem for me.
