The bug is caused by ivman calling xmlCleanupParser() after each xml parsing; but it shouldn't: http://xmlsoft.org/html/libxml-parser.html#xmlCleanupParser
... and while you people are at it, there is a potential segfault
in ivman-0.6.14/src/manager.c:974 (the cfg is teste after is used)
