You mean iceweasel -> Tools -> Add-Ons?
FoxyProxy and NoScript. I have the Debian foxyproxy and mozilla-noscript
installed. If remove both then nothing is in my Addons list.
The interesting part is that I can install them over the addons website of
mozilla and they work, but not over Debian.
So did a strace of my iceweasel startup and noticed some lines which contains
the string "extensions"
access("/usr/lib/mozilla/extensions/{ec8030f7-c20a-464f-9b0e-13a3a9e97384}",
F_OK) = -1 EACCES (Permission denied)

It seems that a folder was installed incorrect by an old installation of an
extension:

drwx------ 12 root root 4096 2009-10-14 17:08 /usr/lib/mozilla/extensions

$ dpkg -S /usr/lib/mozilla/extensions
xul-ext-firebug, mozilla-stumbleupon, xul-ext-adblock-plus:
/usr/lib/mozilla/extensions

So removing all extensions and reinstalling them helped.
