Oh, this must have slipped through because in "my" link hppa is in a

For the next upload I will remove these archs from rt-tests as I
currently don't find the time to fix things.

IMHO the best fix would be to use autoconf, but upstream doesn't like it
and I don't want to do it for Debian alone.
