I thought about it to exclude alpha. But this is not necessary anymore because alpha isn't relevant for Squeeze.
On the other hand, changing the source code doesn't really work because the AffineRegistration class is highly templatized. The .got subsegment limit will probably be always exceeded. Anyway, I will keep this bug open for now because it doesn't harm.
