Package: php5-eaccelerator Version: 0.9.5.3 This package causes an error with rutorrent. The issue is fixed/doesn't exist in SVN 358 of php5-eaccelerator. It seems to be some sort of compilation error.
What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Install lighttpd, eaccelerator, rtorrent, and rutorrent 2. Navigate to domain.tld/rtorrent 3. Refresh page rutorrent will load correctly the first time, but on refresh (when it's using the eaccelerator cache) it will throw up error messages (detailed below). This error occurs in Debian Lenny with 2.7 and latest SVN of rutorrent, eaccelerator 0.9.5.3, lighttpd 1.4.19, and rtorrent 0.8.5. lighttpd's error.log: [23878] EACCELERATOR: PHP crashed on opline 1 of addCommand() at /var/www/rtorrent/xmlrpc.php:116 2009-10-12 09:52:43: (mod_fastcgi.c.2489) unexpected end-of-file (perhaps the fastcgi process died): pid: 20731 socket: unix:/tmp/php.socket-3 2009-10-12 09:52:43: (mod_fastcgi.c.3299) response not received, request sent: 1195 on socket: unix:/tmp/php.socket-3 for /rtorrent/getplugins.php , closing connection Corresponding bug reports: http://code.google.com/p/rutorrent/issues/detail?id=120 https://www.eaccelerator.net/ticket/370 (I know filing upstream is a no-no.
