Bug#550437: curl: forks libntlm

Correction: curl has a completely separate NTLM implementation, it is not a 
fork of libntlm.

As a maintainer of curl I can see how libntlm could be used (assuming its 
licensing terms are fine with us) but asking for it in the debian bug tracker 
is not likely to help the matter much.
