Hi, I'm encounter this bug sometimes. It seems to happen when Tex_CompileMultipleTimes() is called, but references are up-to-date, so latex is executed only once. As a quick&dirty fix, adding redraw! to the end of Tex_CompileMultipleTimes() seems to work.
