I have had an idea and found that if my WiFi connection is up, kover is slow to start. If the connection is down, on the opposite it is fast. So it does not matter the user with whom I login, as previously reported: kover worked on my fresh user just because I didn't set up the wifi connection on that account. Do you have any clue about what kover tries to do with internet connection during its start?
