These messages are printed every time update-rc.d is called, to remove
or insert an init.d scripts runlevel symlinks. Not sure how to avoid
it as long as we also want to make people aware of the problems with
their boot system.

One idea that was proposed but not implemented so far, was to only
report issues with the init.d script being processed when adding or
removing an init.d script. This would avoid these seemingly unrelated
issues when installing or purging a package, but make it harder to
make people aware of issues with their boot sequence.

The bootchart issue is #543280 and fixed in unstable but not yet
propagated into testing.

Happy hacking,
