Package: gnome-desktop-environment Version: 1:2.26+1 Severity: normal User: pkg-utopia-maintain...@lists.alioth.debian.org Usertags: halectomy gnome-mount
Hi, please remove the gnome-mount dependency for gnome-desktop-environment 2.28 as it hinders a migration away from HAL to devicekit-disks. As soon as the gdu backend in gvfs is enabled, it is safe to drop the gnome-mount dependency as it will no longer be used. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (300, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.31-11-generic Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages gnome-desktop-environment depends on: ii alacarte 0.12.4-1 easy GNOME menu editing tool ii brasero 2.28.0-1.1 CD/DVD burning application for GNO ii cheese 2.28.0.1-1 A tool to take pictures and videos ii deskbar-applet 2.28.0-1 universal search and navigation ba ii desktop-base 5.0.5 common files for the Debian Deskto ii dmz-cursor-theme 0.4.1 Style neutral, scalable cursor the ii ekiga 3.2.5-1 H.323 and SIP compatible VoIP clie ii empathy 2.28.0-1 High-level library and user-interf ii evince 2.26.2-2 Document (postscript, pdf) viewer ii evolution 2.28.0-2 groupware suite with mail client a ii evolution-data-server 2.28.0-2 evolution database backend server ii fast-user-switch-applet 2.24.0-3 Applet for the GNOME panel providi ii file-roller 2.28.0-1 an archive manager for GNOME ii gcalctool 5.28.0-1 GNOME desktop calculator ii gconf-editor 2.26.0-1 An editor for the GConf configurat ii gdm 2.20.9-1.1 GNOME Display Manager ii gksu 2.0.2-2+b1 graphical frontend to su ii gnome-about 2.28.0-1 The GNOME about box ii gnome-backgrounds 2.28.0-1 a set of backgrounds packaged with ii gnome-core 1:2.26+1 The GNOME Desktop Environment -- e ii gnome-keyring 2.26.1-1 GNOME keyring services (daemon and ii gnome-media 2.26.0-2 GNOME media utilities ii gnome-mount 0.8-2 wrapper for (un)mounting and eject ii gnome-netstatus-applet 2.28.0-1 Network status applet for GNOME ii gnome-nettool 2.28.0-1 network information tool for GNOME ii gnome-screensaver 2.28.0-1 GNOME screen saver and locker ii gnome-system-monitor 2.28.0-1 Process viewer and system resource ii gnome-system-tools 2.22.2-1 Cross-platform configuration utili ii gnome-themes 2.28.0-1 official themes for the GNOME desk ii gnome-user-guide 2.28.0-1 GNOME user's guide ii gnome-user-share 2.26.0-2+b1 User level public file sharing via ii gnome-utils 2.26.0-1 GNOME desktop utilities ii gstreamer0.10-alsa 0.10.24-2 GStreamer plugin for ALSA ii gstreamer0.10-plugins-base 0.10.24-2 GStreamer plugins from the "base" ii gstreamer0.10-plugins-good 0.10.16-2 GStreamer plugins from the "good" ii gstreamer0.10-tools 0.10.24-1 Tools for use with GStreamer ii gtk2-engines 1:2.18.4-1 theme engines for GTK+ 2.x ii gucharmap 1:2.28.0-1 Unicode character picker and font ii gvfs-backends 1.4.0-2+gdu1 userspace virtual filesystem - bac ii gvfs-bin 1.4.0-2+gdu1 userspace virtual filesystem - bin ii hamster-applet 2.26.3-1 time tracking applet for GNOME ii icedove-gnome-support [gnom 2.0.0.22-1 Support for Gnome in Icedove ii iceweasel-gnome-support [gn 3.5.3-1 Support for GNOME in Iceweasel ii libgnome2-perl 1.042-2 Perl interface to the GNOME librar ii seahorse 2.26.2-1 GNOME front end for GnuPG ii seahorse-plugins 2.26.2-1 seahorse plugins and utilities for ii sound-juicer 2.28.0-1 GNOME CD Ripper ii swfdec-gnome 2.26.0-1 Tools to play SWF files (Macromedi ii totem 2.28.1-1 A simple media player for the GNOM ii totem-plugins 2.28.1-1 Plugins for the Totem media player ii vinagre 2.28.0.1-1 remote desktop client for the GNOM ii vino 2.28.0-1 VNC server for GNOME ii zenity 2.28.0-1 Display graphical dialog boxes fro Versions of packages gnome-desktop-environment recommends: pn gnome-accessibility <none> (no description available) ii gnome-games 1:2.26.3-1 games for the GNOME desktop Versions of packages gnome-desktop-environment suggests: pn gnome-dbg <none> (no description available) -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
