I manually updated udev and libudev0 (as I don't use mdadm right now - btw shouldn't udev depend on libudev?). Manually restarting udev and pulseaudio did not work; only null device appears.
However restarting the system did work, and my devices were back. I guess it has to do with udev, the kernel and mkinitramfs (as I saw it upgrading the initramfs).
