I'm spending a bit time for testing this package, as I'm migrating my box from Xfce to Icewm. So I have some issues that I need share with you. So in
some days I will send some others reports :-D.

Please, keep them coming.

The package will receive some modifications now, given that udev doesn't provide vol_id anymore, and blkid is the substitute (but with a different syntax).

This is the most easy. I read the debian changelog and I think that in
usbmount-0.0.17.1 there isn't the NEWS file in the doc directory. I think
that it will be useful for people upgrading from stable.

Oh, thanks. I will check this out, since I'm changing the behavior of the package.

Some other useful doc that I find is in the
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=303735 bug report, where there are some hints about using the symlink feature for build device-name mountpoints. You can add some from this in the README file, in the "Hook
Scripts" part, if you wish.

OK. I'm planning on removing this device-name thing for the moment, to refactor usbmount and reintroduce it once everything is working fine.

That's all. Many thanks for this lightweigth system for mount devices.

Thank you very much for using usbmount. I'm very fond of the idea of lean systems and I'm maintaining packages with this in mind (even some that I keep on a personal repository of mine). If you are interested, perhaps we could co-maintain some packages.

Regards, Rogério Brito.
