So what exactly is TOMOYO targeted for ? When I saw the merge requests, the proposal sounded more like *it* was the real Simplified (and self-learning) Mandatory Access Control. But in the current state and from what you have mentioned, it looks like we aren't even sure when TOMOYO could be used in a general purpose distribution like Debian.
