On a daily built netinst installer image from 25.09.2009:

Starting the graphical installer from the menu (error is the
same, normal installation or expert install):

The graphical user interface does not start, there is an error 
that occures again and again:

        commandline read: debconf
        (<unknown>: 1027): Gdk-CRITICAL -- gdk_drawable_set_colormap
        assertion `cmap == NULL || gdk_drawable_get_depth (drawable) 
        == cmap->visual->depth failed
        (!) [ 1027:    0.000] --> Caught signal 11 (at 0x20, invalid
        address) <--
        Aborted
        (process: 1044): INFO: kbd-mode: setting console mode to
        Unicode (UTF-8)

This message repeats for ever, with changing pids.
