E: Couldn't find package ppmd
That is because ppmd FTBFS on amd64. It also FTBFS on our other 64 bit architectures (alpha, ia64 and kfreebsd-amd64). There have been serveral attempts to fix it but so far it still segfaults during the build.
Downgrading this to important as it does not break buildability on architectures for which the package has binaries in the archive.
