I'm lowering the severity to non-RC (but still to "important") on the
basis of the following rationale. While I agree that it is weird that
the bug is now gone (and hence that some build-dep should probably be
versioned), as a matter of fact the bug is currently unreproducible and
the package does not FTBFS anymore. FTBFS is the main cause for bug like
this to be RC, if it is no longer there I don't think the bug should be
RC.
Given that we routinely rebuild all the archive nowadays, we will be
able to spot easily if this bug starts to be reproducible again.
