So we had the same problem again with db4.7 today. The db package changed to version 4.8, libdb4.7 got removed from unstable, and everything was uninstallable again until the db4.7 source package got uploaded / manually set to needs-build state, and then wait until that gets uploaded. Can someone help avoid this situation in the future? Note that our current script still uses edos-debcheck 1.0-6+b2 and calls edos-debcheck directly.
