I've found a workarround that works, at least, for me :) The site that was asking me to use my micrphone/camera was in the list of visited sites when I go to this page:
http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager06.html So there, in the "Website Privacy Settings", I can select the site I want and put "always enable".
