In fact, the summary correctly shows:
[-S [address,][port]]
but the detailed explanation of -S show:
-S [{ip address|hostname}] [,{port|service name}]
This should be:
-S [{ip address|hostname},][{port|service name}]
(I don't believe a space is accepted after the comma...)
The documentation is a bit confusing, but for example just
specifying the port or the IP with the comma is allowed like
-S ,2121
-S 127.0.0.1,
