snd-hda-intel does autoprotection very well now. But if your
controller has problems with interrupts this can't be alsa's fault
but a båd decision to buy that sad HP model. So in this case alsa
provides a workaround, well it's 'just a workaround', by given Joe
User the chance to enable-msi though. And we're providing docs with
each packet. So Read That Fine Manual. But anyway my BOFH's statement
is: patches are welcome ;-) Popcon stats over 50ths of Joe User
running alsa-base. And you are the first of them I noticed who has
problems enabling msi......
