Ability to uncompress PDF files in broken in version 1.41+dfsg-1 as compared to 
version 1.41-3.

Random example: uncompressing 
http://labs.google.com/papers/mapreduce-osdi04.pdf of size 190711 with pdftk 
1.41-3 and 1.41+dfsg-1, executing

pdftk mapreduce-osdi04.pdf output result.pdf uncompress

results in result.pdf of size 420152 and 189197 respectively.
