Hi!

I was playing around with xtartan, and I found that it builds fine,
except that it fails to link because it fails to find a proper
libXpm.(a/so). I discovered that gcc is used with -m32 during the
build. By merely turning that off and using plain gcc, I got a working
package.

Since I am not sure that that is actually a fix, I just present the
diff which got me a working package and leave it to the maintainer to
figure out what is actually happening.

Thanks!

Kumar
