I see your package pyragua is pretty outdated and has lot of issues: * Project seems dead. * Uninstallable in unstable * Source code and man page available only in spanish. * Resulting .deb ships .pyc files and do not byte-compile them. I'm planning to ask removal of pyragua in the next few days, please close this but report if you don't think I should proceed, or get in touch with me to upload a fixed revision ASAP.
