Syntax for rst (reStructuredText) *emphasis* is specified as:
" TODO: I dunno...
hi def rstEmphasis term=italic cterm=italic gui=italic
This has horrible results: with syntax on, it is shown with black
background; and you can't see where vim's visual mode selection begins
or ends, and the black looks horrible (it's also not **Strong**, it's
*emphasis*, italic, so why the completely black highlight?!)
I don't know if the TODO comment has anything to do with this. I use
this instead:
hi def link rstEmphasis Special
