Package: ftp.debian.org Severity: normal webcpp has been apparently abandoned upstream for some years. It has an insignificant popcon and does not FTBFS (again; I've rescued it twice now, but the patch is becoming ridiculous).
I've been unable to get hold of the upstream developer at all. There are other alternatives to webcpp so I don't think we lose anything by removing it.
