Package: apticron
Version: 1.1.27
Severity: normal

I have 'stable' system with 'testing' repository in /etc/apt/sources.list.
Currently 'testing' release contains package diffutils marked as
'essential'. Apticron sends me the following email:

    apticron report [Sat, 19 Sep 2009 02:08:25 +0400]
    ========================================================================

    apticron has detected that some packages need upgrading on:

            murzik.galanin.nnov.ru
            [ 192.168.1.3 ]

    The following packages are currently pending an upgrade:

            diffutils 1:2.8.1-16

    ========================================================================

    Package Details:

    Reading changelogs...
    apt-listchanges: didn't find any valid .deb archives

I think that 'essential' packages that currently not installed, should not
be notified by apticron.
