ok, I will attach final NMU tomorrow (I also want to pass --prefix=/usr
for Python scripts) - this way --install-layout=deb will not be needed
at all (and there will be no need to bump minimum required
python{,-dev,-all,-all-dev} version so backporters will not complain)
PS in case you're wondering why I didn't use cdbs_python_compile_version
in part of the code for arch:all packages - it's not always defined and
I didn't want to define it after line 85 (or before 82) as
cdbs_python_binary (or equivalent) macro is not always used
