Package: ftp.debian.org Severity: normal The packages libfreeimage3 and libfreeimage-dev have no reason to put in priority extra as they conflict with no package of higher priority. So moving them to priority optional is possible. Also note that there are several packages already depending on libfreeimage which are priority optional. This is currently a policy violation. To solve this issue I would like to get libfreeimage moved to optional too.
