apache2 2.2.13-1 fixes a php related segfault, too (bug #542623). If you want to debug/test the php bug, I would recommend that you use 2.2.13 to be sure that you don't hit the apache bug.
Tested php5 5.2.10.dfsg.1-2.2 with apache2 2.2.13-1 still segfault. Reverting back to 5.2.6.dfsg.1-1+lenny3. solved the problem.
