Bug#546805: Yacas should have dedendency on gnuplot

Yacas should have dedendency on gnuplot so that the plot functions give  
visual output. Without gnuplot, there's only textual output.

I am using Debian GNU/Linux 5.0.2, kernel  2.6.26-2-686.
