I notice that libgdata has automated tests that are not being run right now. The tests live in gdata/tests and are triggered by a 'make check'. The packaging should run them as part of the build, and fail if the tests do. On a related note, the tests fail for me. Test '/picasaweb/query/album' fails with: ERROR:picasaweb.c:378:test_album: assertion failed (str == "2009-04-26T07:00:00Z"): ("1970-02-13T17:36:58.752000Z" == "2009-04-26T07:00:00Z") FAIL GTester: last random seed: R02S5b412db7b1caf8f1f6900edab2deb9af /bin/bash: line 1: 18574 Terminated gtester --verbose general youtube calendar contacts picasaweb documents memory -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers karmic-updates APT policy: (500, 'karmic-updates'), (500, 'karmic-security'), (500, 'karmic') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.31-10-generic (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
