[fvwm]: Add GNOME windowm manager .desktop file.
gnome 2.26 (as in sid) uses a new configuration flag to specify the
window manager. This new behaviour checks the presence of the specified
window manager in the "component" list, eg, checks the presence of
/usr/share/applications/[component].desktop. If not present, the window
manager is not started. Added a basic fvwm.desktop in this patch.
