Package: libgpiv3 Version: 0.6.1-2+b2 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
While performing interrogation with gpiv_rr (from the gpivtools package) or with Gpiv, the results on the testing image from the python-gpiv package gives completely unrealistic results. Probably caused by pointer deletion or memory overwriting while using the "#pragma omp parallel for" statement in gpiv_cp_pivdata. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.29-1-686 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages libgpiv3 depends on: ii libc6 2.9-20 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libfftw3-3 3.2.1-2.1 library for computing Fast Fourier ii libglib2.0-0 2.20.4-1 The GLib library of C routines ii libgomp1 4.4.1-3 GCC OpenMP (GOMP) support library ii libgpiv3-common 0.6.1-2+b1 library for Particle Image Velocim ii libgsl0ldbl 1.12+dfsg-1 GNU Scientific Library (GSL) -- li ii libhdf5-serial-1.8.3 [libhdf 1.8.3-2.1 Hierarchical Data Format 5 (HDF5) ii libpng12-0 1.2.39-1 PNG library - runtime libgpiv3 recommends no packages. libgpiv3 suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
