I read some pieces of groff: “info groff” and applied some more “polish” to 
dotlockfile.1:
(A1)  Synopsis:  better reflection of dependencies between options
(A2)  Options:  sequence reordered according to (A1),  criteria for validity of 
lockfiles, more verbose description of options -p and -t, …
(A3)  Vertical space between sections rendered by man2html and KDE:kio_man 
adjusted
(A4)  groff code cleanup, start sentences at new lines (future patches might be 
a bit smaller), …


(B)  Patch against liblockfile_1.08-3 for dotlockfile.c

Usage message of dotlock called without arguments misses option -t … fixed and 
adapted to (A1).
