Additionally to what others have answered, keep in mind that
(since 0.99.8) the online help is provided by the «cherokee-doc»
package, in order to allow for streamlined packages (i.e. for
embedded systems).
Yes, I should probably modify the 404s to show a helpful message -
Léon, you will be getting a copy of my bug report (against myself,
of course ;-) ). I expect to work on it soon - I am in the middle
of a complete packaging rewrite for Cherokee.
