Hi Fabien, I still have ITP 497701 for libv8 open and I saw that you and your team made a great progress incorporating libv8 in Ubuntu, since upstream is now distributing a SONAME I reckon that the debian packaging would be fairly easy and it would be just a matter of incorporating your changes (obviousy retaining your copyright).
Since you did most of the work on Ubuntu, I was wondering if you want to co-maintain the package in Debian (if you don't have time) or even maintain it (if you have time), I will take care of doing the first build by adapting your package for Debian and then it will be just a matter of syncing the two repo.
