The upstream had a newer version (0.3.0) available at some
point. Currently, 0.2.0 is in Debian. However, upstream no longer has
0.3.0 source code available and has deprecated cl-readline in favor of
a newer library.
Thus, cl-readline is obsolete and unmaintained. It should be removed.
