For 521497 the requestor updated launchpad, so it's ok.
For 534955, I'm like you not very comfortable with German and so cannot do the
change.
The only help we can give to this user is to tell him that RT choosen Launchpad
for translation and so he have to work with. If his browser doesn't works with
launchpad, he have to try another one (aptitude install iceweasel on Lenny is
enough ...;)
Last solution, give him the email of 521497 requestor which speak German and
Launchpad ;)
