Its in pkg-isocodes; I've added you to the developers list.
(I've already committed the patch in question).

Judgement call, mostly. Mostly I trust the submitter if it looks like a
'reasonable' mistake, otherwise I'd CC the original submitter. I haven't
had any disputes over translations yet.

I'm on vacation for the next week or so; if theres a real RC bug
(unlikely) get  Christian ,etc. to sponsor an NMU.
