severity 533706 serious thanks a login manager that doesn't provide a way to enter in the username fails to really manage logins.
as displaying a login screen is the default behavior (as opposed to configuring autologin), i would say this renders the package unuseable, or so nearly so it wouldn't be fit for inclusion in Debian stable. it is fixed in the current upstream version (which includes the large patches applied to the current version in Debian), and a trivial update to the debian patches was supplied with this bug. i would be happy to offer co-maintenance of sdm, if that helps get this and other issues with sdm fixed. live well, vagrant -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
