You need to backport the package rather than try to install sid
version as-is in lenny. This is usually done by means of the following:
1. add a deb-src line targeting sid
2. apt-get update
3. apt-get build-dep pgloader
4. apt-get source -b pgloader
5. sudo dpkg -i ../pgloader*deb
