The URL http://sourceforge.net/projects/qpdf/files/qpdf/ gets to the release area. It seems like version=3 http://sourceforge.net/projects/qpdf/files/qpdf/ [\d\.]+/qpdf-(.*)\.tar\.gz should also work, except uscan appears unable to deal with what you get when you browse to http://sourceforge.net/projects/qpdf/files/qpdf/. That's a guess though as I don't really know what uscan is doing behind the scenes.
