Yes 100Mb is far to large for an indivual package. I guess I should only package up three or four music files for a package size around 10Mb. Really this is just to provide an out of the box working MOH capability. We can't distribute those under Debian as you point out they are non-free. But I'll have a look at your package, but I imagine it is just a matter of dropping the mp3 in the correct directory.
