Okay, so all files with errors (including 404s) are sent as body-less, "Content-Length: 0" responses. This does get rid of the timeouts for the 404 pages, which addresses thttpd's limitations; "apt-get update" works correctly now. But what about servers that don't return Content-Length even for successful requests? (By the way: What's with that weird patch format? patch(1) couldn't parse it. Is it a git-specific thing?) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact listmas...@lists.debian.org
