Package: psi-plus-plugins

Hi!
It would be nice if the long description of your packages could consist
of full sentences[1], the snippet at the start of the long description
isn't really one.
Please notice that psi-plus has similar problems. The first line of the
long description actually has something that can be considered
sentences, though there is the full stop missing, and the lists after
that are pretty long .. and just lists. I'm not completely sure wether
this is the best way to describe the package.
