Yeah, the d-i dependency resolver is unable to handle versioned
dependencies, so the following will do that:
| Package: wget
| Depends: libc6 (>= 2.2.5), libssl0.9.8 (>= 0.9.8f-5), dpkg (>= 1.15.4) | 
install-info

As cdebootstrap is not a generic tool to install arbitrary packages, you
want to us apt-get after it succeded.

Tagging as wontfix, as this is a temporary problem and fixing it would
overstretch the purpose a bit.
