OK, I'll certainly bring this issue upstream (again), especially now that the current GNUstep Back upstream maintainer thinks moving the art backend (optionally, with compile-time option) to fontconfig is a worthy goal. In case you're interested why it currently doesn't use fontconfig, this message seems like a fairly complete answer: http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/discuss-gnustep/2007-08/msg00196.html > Perhaps you could run defoma-app when it is available or simulate > it when it is not available? Yes, that looks like a good plan. > Also, when defoma itself is removed, it will call purge with your script. I forgot about this. But if gnustep-back-common is unpacked first, the script won't be available as we'll remove it together with the defoma dependency. Anyway, thank you very much for the answers. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact listmas...@lists.debian.org
