OK, maybe I'll have to back down a little here, and admit that in the
face of your evidence I perhaps read a bit more into the manpage than
was intended. Wishful thinking perhaps.

OK. So just to clarify, currently there is no way to make sbuild create
a full source package (including .orig.tar.gz) when the revision is >
-1. Is this correct?

OK. I'm happy to do this if the patch has a chance of being accepted.
Would -S be an acceptable choice for this option with a description
along the lines of "force build of full source package".
