I am not sure as to why this bug has been reopened claiming that it is still present in version 1:3.1.3-3. As of now that version has been superseded by 1:3.2.0~beta-1 in both testing and unstable in which the bug is fixed. To my knowledge 1:3.1.3-3 is not the current version in any release at this moment.
